Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States, Canada, Australia, UK, EU: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
